Since 1915, Berkeley County Humane Society in Martinsburg, WV has been providing shelter for homeless cats and dogs. They serve the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, along with neighboring states. To help reduce the number of unwanted companion animals, Berkeley County Humane Society offers low-cost spay/neuter assistance to the general public.

These issues are correctable! Your dog isn't broken, they're just damaged. You can fix them with enough love, patience, and a good training plan.
